I have just Graduated in Architecture from Sheffield University and have returned to my home town of Sale to start my career. I have played for Sale Brass in vacations and joined in Sept 2007.

I come from a very musical family; my parents met at the RNCM, my mum teaches woodwind and my dad brass ( he teaches another member of the band Rachel Price), he also plays with the Police Band.
My brother plays trombone and sisters Violin and Flute.

My dad started to teach me Cornet at age 7, I enjoyed him teaching me so he's always been my tutor.

I've played in school orchestras and bands, Trafford Youth Orchestra and Wind Band, Halle Youth Orchestra. I've also had work experience with the Halle and BBC Philharmonic but decided to persue Design as a profession and keep music as a hobby, ( it's easier that way round). Whilst in Sheffield I played with the University Wind Orchestra. My Boyfriend is a Professional Musician, he plays Soprano Sax and has his own Quartet.
